What products do you sell? (شنو كتبيعو ؟)
We sell high-end branded used clothing, accessories, shoes, perfumes. (كنبيعو حوايج  ماركات أصلية مستعملة، إكسسوارات، صبابط، عطور)

Are all your items used, or do you sell new ones too? (واش كاتبيعو غير الحوايج المستعملة ولا كاين جداد؟)
Most of our products are pre-owned. ( أغلب الحوايج مستعملة)

Do you sell original branded items? (واش الحوايج ديالكم ماركات أصلية؟)
Yes, all our items are authentic and carefully selected. (إيه، كلشي ماركات أصلية ومختارة بعناية)

Where do you source your products? (منين كاتجيبو السلعة؟)
We source most of our products from abroad. (اغلب السلعة كتجي من على برا) 

Shipping and Delivery

What delivery service do you use? (شنو هي شركة التوصيل اللي كاتستخدمو؟)
We use Amana shipping service for reliable and fast delivery. (كنستخدمو خدمة أمانة للتوصيل لضمان توصيل سريع وموثوق.)

When do you ship items? (امتا كتشحنو المنتجات)
We ship items from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midnight will be processed the next day, or on Monday for orders made on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. (كنشحنو المنتجات من الاثنين حتى الجمعة. الطلبيات اللي كاتجي بعد الساعة 12 ليلاً غادي نتعاملو معاها اليوم الموالي، أو نهار الاثنين للطلبيات اللي كاتجي يوم الجمعة، السبت، والأحد.)

How long does delivery take? (شحال كياخد وقت التوصيل؟)
Delivery usually takes 24-48h, depending on your location. (التوصيل غالباً كياخد 24 تال 48 ساعة على حسب المدينة ديالك)

Can I pick up my order myself? (واش نقدر ناخد الكوموند بنفسي؟)
No, we currently offer delivery only. (لا، دابا كنوفرو غير التوصيل.)

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item if it has an issue? (واش نقدر نرجع المنتوج إذا فيه مشكل؟)
Yes, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. (إيه، يمكن ترجع المنتوج خلال ثلاثة أيام إذا كان فالحالة الأصلية ديالو.)

What is your return policy? (شنو هي سياسة الإرجاع ديالكم؟)
